Every year, a group of public high schools in St. Louis City and St. Louis County are chosen to participate in College Club of St. Louis' scholarship awards program. The application package is given to the counselor for distribution to qualified students.
Applications are reviewed and assessed by the Scholarship Awards Committee based on the following criteria:
After a review of the applications, those students chosen by the Committee will receive a written invitation to be interviewed. The interviews are held the last two Saturdays in February and the first two Saturdays in March. Awardees are chosen after the interviews. Each awardee is sent a notice of the award and an invitation to the Awards Luncheon in April. The amount of the scholarship is announced at the luncheon. The counselors receive a letter naming the awardees.
